I began my residential real estate sales career in 1970 and have been selling homes ever since. For several years I was the no. one real estate salesman in Colorado based upopn production, and in 1981 I founded the Kentwood Company along with four of my colleagues. We sold the company in 2007, and the people to whom we sold in turn sold to Berkshire Hathaway, Warren Buffett's real estate operation. After the sale I stayed with the company in a non-ownership sales capacity, and have a team of four, Steven and Sandy Kruse, our husband and wife team, Staci Burns and myself. We call our team the Kruse-Nussbaum Team. Last year we sold just under $30.0 Million in closed volume.
