Brad Whitehead provides full lifecycle support to entrepreneurial companies -- from start-up, through scale-up, and exit planning & value maximization.  He is a leadership team coach, management consultant, and exit planning advisor. 

As a Certified EOS Implementer, Brad uses EOS (the Entrepreneurial Operating System) as a business operating methodology that:

1. Aligns the leaders, managers, and staff around a shared VISON for the organization
2. Implements TRACTION, for clarified accountability of who is responsible for key functions, and defines prioritized assigned inititives and actions to move the company toward the Vision.
3. Promotes a HEALTHY culture for the orgnanization starting with the Leadership team and working thorugh the organization.

Brad is also a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) with the Exit Planning Institute to support owners as they accelerate teh value of their firm and begin to consider future options for disposition through succession or sale.
