I currently lead three Vistage Peer Advisory Boards consisting of one board of fourteen CEOs that lead companies ranging in size from $5 million to $150 million in sales revenue. One board of twelve Key Executives comprising of C-level executives reporting to CEOs. In addition, I Co-lead a Vistage Advancing Leaders board containing fifteen mid-level managers who are future C-level executives. The members draw on each other's experience and wisdom to become better leaders. I also coach each of the CEOs individually. Seeing how the members reach their goals faster after joining one of these boards is fantastic. I must love it because I have been doing it for 27 years.
