Adams Price is an investment banker and M&A advisor in the Rocky Mountain Region, leading and executing countless transactions across multiple industry verticals, but with a focus on software/technology, manufacturing & distribution and supply chain. He has more than 20 years of direct experience in M&A transactions and capital formation transactions as well as strategic advisory to prepare for liquidity events or entity acquisitions.

In addition, Adams spent more than 15 years in the industry providing strategic planning and execution for mergers and acquisitions, transaction development and execution, operational management, profit and loss management, consulting services delivery in strategic services, software selection and implementation, e-commerce, and management consulting.

Over his career tenure, Adams has served as President of EKS&H Capital Advisors, LLC, Managing Director with PMCF and Managing Director with Forbes Partners. He has successfully led buy-side, sell-side, and strategic advisory projects for clients across many industries, including software, business services, energy, financial services, manufacturing, clean tech, specialty construction and supply chain management. Adams is a frequent contributor to executive advisory publications, providing insight into the M&A market. He frequently speaks at M&A focused events, especially in the software and technology sectors.  Adams also serves and the Chairman of the Board for the Colorado Technology Association and President of the Denver Advisory Board.

Adams earned a BS in computer science and business at the University of Puget Sound and an MBA from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. He is a licensed securities representative holding his Series 24, 63, and 79 registrations.
