Anthony’s work…providing full service catering for more than 700 events per year, such as weddings, corporate parties and black tie galas for nonprofit organizations.
When not working…he enjoys skiing, road-biking, basketball, travel and watching sports.
He is originally from…Denver, Colorado;
A graduate of the University of Oregon.
He came to Colorado…to be home, for the sun, skiing and weather.
Anthony’s family consists of…wife April, and soon-to-be-born son (any day now!); April enjoys traveling to the beach and eating at awesome restaurants; and two cats – Lirpa (April spelled backwards) and Lamb.
Most favorite books read are… Start with Why, by Simon Sinek, Delivering Happiness, by Tony Hsieh;
most recent book read is… The Happiness Advantage, by Shawn Achor.
His favorite restaurant is… Del Frisco’s.
At the end of Anthony’s rainbow is… another rainbow—life is about the journey, not the destination.
Something you don’t know about Anthony is…ran the 110-meter high hurdles in high school.
#1 goal for 2015 is…creating a great place to work at Footers Catering, and being a supportive husband to April as we welcome our first child into our family.
